Now I have a story to tell you, on Friday Keith asked me to test drive the fergie glamorous earrings. I don’t want to brag or anything, but they looked really great! Okay peeps, buckle up ’cause the new Gossip Girl ad campaign for Season 2 is about to drop and everyone’s already atwitter! The ads will hit print and TV next month… But I just had to show them to you right away. Yeah, they’re hawt but so is the show. All the parental councils are panning the ads, saying they’re too racey for Gossip Girl’s teen audience. Um, have you seen the show… IT’S RACY! I actually really love the ads, they’re a bit reminiscent of the OMFG ads (which where also highly criticized) but what I love the most are the quotes… “Very bad for you,” “A nasty peice of work”… Uh huh, that’s right! So, what do y’all think? Hawt or Nawt?
Yeah, I’m waxing nostalgic alright. Remember last summer when Amy Winehouse burst out on the scene with those amazing chops and those “addictive” songs? Well, it’s crazy how things change as Amy’s replaced Britterz as the celebutante-insane du jour. Madame Tussauds in London decided to take things into their own hands and immortalize the Amy that we love. Et viola… Wax Amy was unveiled yesterday in London! The likeness is pretty incredible, too bad this one can’t sing either. Oh, the waxy build-up!
